5(a) 10小时单发飞机单飞时间10 hours of solo flight training in a single-engine airplane
(1) 5小时转场单飞5 hours of solo cross-country flight

(vi) 5小时特技飞行,至少包括左右各三次的螺旋识别、进入和改出,大坡度盘旋、急盘旋下降、急上升转弯和懒8字。5 hours of upset training including at least three times turn right and left for spin awareness, spin entry, spin recovery, steep turns, spiral dive, chandelles and lazy eight.

航线运输驾驶员整体课程的其他要求other requirements of Integrated Airline Transport pilot course(AC-121-36)
申请人应在飞行训练机构的主任飞行教员监督下,自首次起飞开始,在连续10到36个日历月内完成航线运输驾驶员(飞机)整体课程的全部教学阶段 The applicant should complete the Integrated Airline Transport Pilot Course under the supervision of the chief flight instructor within 10 to 36 calendar months continuously after the first flight.
对于拟在组类Ⅰ飞机上担任副驾驶并且未进行高性能多发飞机训练的申请人,还应完成25小时的多机组成员协作知识的课堂教学The applicant who wants to serve as copilot in classⅠ aircraft and has not been trained for high performance multi-engine, should complete 25 hours ground training of multi-crew cooperation knowledge
总飞行时间至少230小时,其中训练器时间少于35小时Total 230 hours including less then 35 hour in FTD
结业证书至少应当包括以下内容:The graduation certificate must contain at least the following information:(1) 驾驶员学校名称和合格证编号;The name of the school and the certificate number of the school;(2) 接受结业证书的学员姓名和结业证书编号;The name of the graduate to whom it was issued;(3) 训练课程名称;The course of training for which it was issued;(4)注册日期和结业日期;The date of enrollment and graduation;(5) 声明该学员已圆满完成经批准的训练课程的每一阶段训练,考试成绩合格;A statement that the student has satisfactorily completed each required stage of the approved course of training including the tests for those stages;(6) 由负责该训练课程的主任教员对结业证书中所列内容的签字证明;A certification of the information contained on the graduation certificate by the chief instructor for that course of training; and(7) 声明该学员完成了该训练课程中要求的转场飞行训练。A statement showing the cross-country training that the student received in the course of training.

除局方已批准的 Y-7、CESSNA-525、PA-42、C-90机型外,高性能多发飞机是指符合下列条件的多发飞机:(1)具有增压舱的,实用升限或最大使用高度(以低者为准)高于平均海平面(MSL)7,600米(25 ,000 英尺);(2)最大起飞全重在 4500千克(9921磅)以上;(3)涡轮动力发动机驱动的;(4)具有航空气象雷达、区域导航、飞行管理系统等设备,在飞行性能和操纵特性上接近现代喷气运输机的多发飞机。In addition to Model Y-7, CESSNA-525, PA-42 and C-90 airplanes approved by theCAAC, the high performance multi-engine airplanes refer to those multi-engine airplanes that meet the following conditions:1) Equipped with the pressurized cabin; and with the practical  ceiling or the maximumoperating altitude (whichever lower) 7,600m (25,OOOft) higher than the mean sea level(MSL);2) With the maximum takeoff weight above 4,500kg (9,921pd);3) Powered by turbine engine;4) Equipped with the aerial weather radar, regional navigation, flight management system and other facilities, and with equivalent flight performance and operating capacity as the modern jet transport aircraft.

至少10小时在高性能多发飞机或同型号飞行模拟机上作为PF按本通告飞行训练要求完成的飞行技能训练。另外,还应包括同等时间在飞机或飞行模拟机上作为PNF,以完成多机组成员协作课程为目的的飞行训练。Minimum of 10 hour flight training as Pilot Flying (PF) in a High Performance Multi Engine Airplane or a simulator of the associated aircraft type. The program must also include a minimum of 10 hours flight training as Pilot Not Flying (PNF) in airplane or simulator to  complete the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training.

认可证更新的常规审定内容
在认可证书有效期到期之前 3 个月,递交《CCAR-141 部境外驾驶员学校认可证书申请书》书面申请,
在递交申请书的同时还应当提交所在国民航当局颁发的现行有效的驾驶员学校合格证或等效证书的电子版本一份
在递交申请书的同时还应当提交自上次现场审定以来二年内中国注册学生清单(姓名、外送单位、到校日期、训练、进度、在训、毕业或停飞日期、在训飞行阶段和飞行小时数、停飞原因)
全职飞行教员清单(姓名、执照和等级、年龄、受雇该学校日期、总飞行时间、教学时间,注明变更部分);具有至少20名全职飞行教员,一名全职飞行教员最多带6 个学生。
飞机清单(机型、注册号、生产日期、所有或租用、租用期限,注明变更部分),具有至少20架训练飞机,且至少50%飞机为学校自有。如果有租用飞机,租期应当至少二年以上。
在递交申请书的同时还应当提交自上次现场审定以来上二年内安全记录及各机型年度飞行时间、飞行事故报告的电子版本一份
对拟接受的学生英语水平进行全面考核评估和筛选测试,确保学生具备进入训练的语言能力。
在认可证书容量限制范围内招收中国学生,注册的中国学生数量不得超过境外驾驶员学校认可证书给定的容量限制,且中国学生数量占学校容量最多不超过70%不得有非注册学生进入CAAC课程
如果境外学校仅所有权发生变更而学校设施、人员和训练课程方面没有任何变化,应当在变更之日起30 天之内递交《CCAR-141 部境外驾驶员学校认可证书申请书》书面申请更改,同时附上详细说明
更换多发飞机商用驾驶员执照和飞机仪表等级课程主任飞行教员后60 天之内,应当
报告飞行标准司获得批准。在递交《CCAR-141 部境外驾驶员学校认可证书申请书》书面申请的同时,还应提供教员简历和经所在国民航当局批准书或认可函(如适用)
更换高性能飞机训练课程主任飞行教员后7 天之内,应当在递交《CCAR-141 部境外驾驶员学校认可证书申请书》书面申请的同时,还应提供证明满足AC-141-02 现行版本有关经历要求的简历,并经飞行标准司批准
在训练过程中,如果学校变更训练大纲,需经所在国民航局批准后报中国民用航空局飞行标准司批准。
主业务办公室或主运行基地变更、增加辅助运行基地的审定内容
递交《CCAR-141 部境外驾驶员学校认可证书申请书》书面申请更改 
在递交申请书的同时还应当提交所在国民航当局批准文件电子版本一份
有关基地设施的情况报告,包括注明租用还是拥有;使用机场三字或四字代码、标高,跑道数量和长度、机场可用天数、教室、讲评室、运行控制、训练记录、维修设施、维修能力、拟开设课程、放置飞机和训练装置的清单、主任或助理主任飞行教员简历、训练容量等;
容量限制变更的审定内容
至少10 名中国学生取得多发飞机商用驾驶员执照和仪表等级
至上次增加容量申请已过6个月

递交增加容量的可行性报告
提交飞机清单,包括机型、注册号、生产日期、所有或租用、租用期限,注明新增部分;
提交全职飞行教员清单,包括姓名、执照及其等级、年龄、受雇该学校日期、总飞行小时、教学时间等,注明新增部分。对于新增飞行教员,还应提供简历,至少能涵盖到认可证书截止日期的聘用合同
外送单位对训练大纲执行、训练质量和训练进度等表示满意

  备注:Notes:

  1、对于训练课程是首先在单发飞机上取商用驾驶员执照的,不需填写第3栏的项目。1. For the CPL acquired firstly at single engine in accordance to the training course, need not to complete columns 5 and 6.

  2、对于训练课程是在多发飞机上直接取商用驾驶员执照的,不需填写第4和5栏的所有项目。

  2. For the CPL acquired directly at multi-engine in accordance to the training course, need not to complete columns 3 and 4; if there is no additional single engine airplane rating, need not to complete columns 3. 4 and 6.
